Justice: Foreign Nationals Indicted in Plot to Harass
Milwaukee and LA juries both indicted foreign nationals (one of China, the other a UK citizen/US permanent resident) with interstate stalking and conspiracy to commit interstate stalking, as well as conspiracy, smuggling, and violations of the Arms Export Control Act. These two people allegedly were harassing a person who criticized actions of China. Starting in 2023, they enlisted people (who were actually FBI, whoops) to prevent the person from protesting Xi's appearance at a summit in 11/2023. They surveilled the person, slashed their tires, and then bought and destroyed statues that the person made that showed Xi and Xi's wife.
