The Commerce Control List in all its glory!

Did you know that both wind-up toys and chlorine are considered dual-use items (items with both civilian and military or defense applications) and thus on the Commerce Control List (CCL)?
In this webinar Jo from Star USA talks about the CCL, which is part of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and exists to handle controls for dual-use items. Its goal is to identify specific items and technology that are being exported and tell you whether or not they need a license.
