PetroChina International's Houston subsidiary is paying a fine of $14.5 million for violations of US export law. Specifically, they reported inaccurate information via EEI, misclassifying and/or undervaluing > $32 million of low-sulfur diesel fuel as mineral oil mix for exports to MX in 2019 and 2020.
