BIS: Portland Company Faces Three-Year Export Denial Order for Persistent EAR Violations
USGoBuy, a Portland, OR company, has had a three-year denial order issued. This prohibits them for participating in all EAR-subject exports from the US. This is because USGoBuy, a package forwarding company, has had continued violations of the EAR and failed to address their compliance failures. The package forwarding business model is to allow non-US customers to buy things online from US retailers and have them shipped to the Oregon warehouse, then consolidating the packages and exporting them from the US.
